Drill string tools HF4000 Stabilizer & Calibrator
The Stabilizers have three types according to their body mandrel:Integral Spiral blade Stabilizers, Integral Mandrel sleeve Stabilizers, Integral straight blade Stabilizers.
The body (or mandrel) is made of modified alloy steel. Then fully heat treated. So their quality, strength, hardness, impact strength are gauged to API spec 7 standards.
The non-magnetic drilling stabilizers made from Low Carbon Stainless Steel which is developed by us, are according to SY/T5151 and API standard. All connections are carried on cold rolling processing. Moreover, the double-shoulder and special connection can be machined.
Connections are gauged to API standards. Connections are phosphated or plated copper, Coated and equipped with thread protectors.
HF4000 Hardfacing
Trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts held in a sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix. This will give a great depth of carbide coverage-ideal for high deviation drilling in abrasive formations.
